Directions: Apply one drop the bottoms of feet or back of neck at first signs of cold or flu symptoms, and then repeat every 3-4 hours. Continue for a few hours after symptoms subside. May use on a diffuser necklace, tissue, cottonball or other type of diffuser. Even if you’re not sick, use as preventative when going out in public during cold & flu season. Do not get near eyes.
