Stress Relief Essential Oil Blend


Chill out quickly. I’ve used this blend when I can feel I’m getting stressed out (like PMS symptoms) and it only takes about 10 minutes before I can tangibly feel myself relax and chill. I also use it for times when I know that I will be getting stressed – like at the dentist (and all the techs ooo and ahh over it. Lol). Just takes a couple-three drops to start feeling less tense.

Directions: Best to apply a couple drops to bottoms of feet. Reapply after 20 minutes. Effective also to inhale by using with a diffuser necklace, tissue, cottonball, or other diffuser method. Orange and Lemon Oils can cause skin sensitivity, so please use only as directed.
Ingredients: essential oils of Sweet Orange, Lemon, Lavender



Cautions: Essential oils are not just fragrances but very powerful medicines and should be used responsibly. Please test on a small area of your skin first to make sure you are not sensitive. With the exception of the bottoms of your feet, applying a small amount of olive oil to your skin along with the essential oils is recommended if the blend does not already have oil in it. Keep out of reach of children.
