Hope you're all doing well. Got 3 new articles to share with you today. Which is really just one, but split up to make it easier to navigate. It's my chronic diarrhea story, but it's really the story of histamine intolerance. We usually think of histamine intolerance in the form of seasonal allergies, but as I found out, it can affect different people in much more ways than just sneezing and stuffiness. Although, for those of you who have seasonal allergies, there's maybe some help here too. There's also a couple reruns in this issue from last month.
