How is it possible that it's August already??

The heat continues with a little respite of cooler temps and rain for a few days. Very thankful for that. Our ground was cracking and dry and we needed the rain so much! You'll find one new article on the website this time. How to deal with anger in a proper manner is something that's been in my thinking for a while. Yes, it's from a spiritual point of view, and has alot to do with current events and keeping our mental/emotional health tuned up as so many things in our current culture don't make alot of sense. We're re-running some of last months articles as well.
