Happy St. Patrick's Day! Being Irish you'd think we celebrated St. Paddy more vigorously, but a newsletter instead of a green beer and dancing will have to do. Lol. I personally kinda think St. Patrick would approve. 😉

This issue is bringing you the 2nd installment in ongoing thoughts on hormones and how to balance them. The articles are adaptations of the research paper on hormones and essential oils that I had to do for aromatherapy school. Which, btw, I have finished school now and am awaiting my certificate. It's kind of nice to be able to have my attention more fully back on the blog and making products for the upcoming start of the Bartlesville Farmers Market which will open the first Saturday in May. Those of you who are local, save the date! Then too, with Spring in just a few days and the temps on the rise, we're again sharing the recipe for one of our fave warm-weather meals.
