Howdy everyone! I know there's been alot of rain lately here which is making it humid, but it's at least WARM finally. I've just been cooooold to the bone lately and ready for some warmer temps. I mean, I don't wanna hit 95 any time soon, but to be in the 80's is sheer bliss.

Talkin' to you today about our herbal facial scrubs that are also sheer bliss. They are more or less like a dry sugar scrub. We've had alot of customers sing their praises. The middle-aged ones love them because of how they make their face look and feel much younger, and the younger generation loves them because they help with acne and temperamental skin issues. Also sharing a couple rerun articles like usual.

Don't forget, stop in at the Bartlesville Farmer's Market and see us! JsCrossing will be there at the entrance with new batches of essential oil kits (Anxiety, Stress, Autism, ADHD, Anger Management, etc); we also have soaps, bug spray, migraine pillows, and lots more. Hope to see you! Saturdays 8-11;30am. Frank Phillips + Keeler.

Joy in the Bittersweet

Joy in the Bittersweet
I visited the eye doctor the other day. And like always at every new doctor, my stroke from 8 years ago comes up. Which is a necessity. I’m not complaining. It’s been about 5 years since last seeing an eye doc, and because I still struggle with vertigo since the stroke, we were curious to know if there was any …

From February 2020, This has mostly resolved for me, but one other helpful natural trick I've found to help with gas and blowouts is Ginger root. Yup, just the raw ginger root from the store. I gnaw a bit on it before and after I eat. Be warned tho--it's HOT stuff, but it really does help with gas and bloating. You could probably make a strong tea as well.

Tummy Bliss

Tummy Bliss
I’ve been having tummy troubles for a stretch now, and ever since they started, gas and bloating have been constant companions. There’s been times my belly is so tight that it hurts. Days where I have felt—quite literally—like I’m going to EXPLODE because there’s SO MUCH gas broiling around my gut.😵 The struggle is real in more ways than just …

Children, Chemicals + Cancer

Children, Chemicals + Cancer
There’s something that’s been on my heart for a long while now. It has to do with chemicals and kids. I read a quote not too long ago out of an internet article. For the life of me, I can’t find it again, so I can’t quote it exactly, but I can give you the gist of it. The author …
