Directions: Spray on your body and massage into your skin for 1-2 minutes. You can use it on almost any part of your body. Apply to clean skin. Concentrate on joints, muscles and areas of concern. Avoid broken or delicate skin. An itching or tingling feeling is most likely an indicator that your body has a magnesium deficiency. This sensation will pass the more you use the spray and increase your magnesium intake. You can initially soothe the sensation by toweling your skin and/or applying lotion after. Use before bed for better sleep.
