Directions: Rub on your body and massage into your skin for 1 minute or so. You can use it on almost any part of your body. Apply to clean skin. Concentrate on joints, muscles and areas of concern. Avoid broken or delicate skin. An itching or tingling feeling is most likely an indicator that your body has a magnesium deficiency. This sensation will pass the more you use the lotion and increase your magnesium intake. You can initially soothe the sensation by toweling your skin and/or taking a shower. Use before bed for better sleep.
People have often asked us about the difference between the lotion and the spray. the Spray is full strength, the lotion is diluted by.. well.. lotion. lol. However alot of people prefer it because it skips the step of adding lotion after. for myself, I use the lotion on my face, and the spray on other parts of my body.
The unscented lotion is self-explanatory, the Lavender lotion has lavender essential oil in it, making it suitable for helping one to sleep and to aid in beautifying the skin.
