Directions: Pour 1 cup of just boiling water over 1 teaspoon of herb mixture. Allow to steep for 15-20 minutes. For a more powerful infusion during illness simmer 2 teaspoons of tea in 2 cups water in small pan on stovetop for 20 minutes. Sweeten to taste.

It can help protect against various cancers. Vitamin C may also lessen the duration and symptoms of a common cold and support healthy immune function. I take extra Vita C when battling a bladder infection.
