I’m a great believer in single, every day oils. Yes, there’s specialty oils, and rare and uncommon oils– and sometimes those are needed. But usually they’re more expensive and we’ve never had the money to dig deep into experimenting much with them.
However, We’ve found that simple, plain jane oils can often do the same thing if you’re resourceful enough to research and experiment. For instance, Rose oil is a wonderful stress reducing oil, but it is crazy expensive. Sweet Orange oil will do the exact same thing and it’s Crazy NOT expensive.
With this philosophy in mind, we’ve put together what we call “Foundational Oils” into a starter pack to get you going on your Essential Oil Learning journey!

With the exception of the bottoms of your feet, applying a small amount of olive oil to your skin along with the essential oils is recommended if the blend does not already have a carrier oil in it.
