You can also apply it to a tissue or cottonball and keep near the face. May use topically on your skin in a Roller Bottle or make your own dilution with coconut or olive oil. We sell two different strengths of Frank. Frankincense Redistilled -- Ingredients: essential oil of Frankincense, re-distilled.(Boswellia Serrata) Common Name: Olibanum, Country of origin: India Being re-distilled produces a less costly, but also less effective product though the aroma is strong and there is some medicinal value. Frankincense Steam Distilled -- Ingredients: essential oil of Frankincense (Boswellia Carterii Birdw). Common Name: Frankincense, Country of origin: Ethiopia This one has been only distilled once, and so is a stronger (therapeutically) oil.
Cautions: Essential oils are not just fragrances but very powerful concentrates and should be used responsibly. Please don’t use any Essential Oil undiluted –and don’t be afraid to dilute. Diluting them actually makes them more effective by helping the oils penetrate the skin better! Please test on a small area of your skin first to make sure you are not sensitive. Keep out of reach of children.
