July traveled fast this time and here we are at the end! Kinda crazy to think that we're already on the downward swing of heading towards Fall and the holidays.????
|
Anyhoo, welcome to all our newbies. I've known for a bit that I wanted to reshare the articles from a couple years ago on battling chronic diarrhea. Not that it's a pleasant topic, but that yukky histamine factor is always able to creep back up as it's done for me recently. It's not as bad thankfully this time, but I thought a refresher course could be helpful to others, and so thought I'd share it again. Also, there's another rerun on what brand of essential oils we use at JsCross.

Alas, no new articles this time. I have instead been working much on getting product ready for the grand opening of Early Bird Market. It's a beautiful new little natural grocery in downtown Bartlesville. They showcase a lot of the vendors from the Bartlesville Farmers Market, and plan to be open year round with veggies, eggs, meat, cheese, honey, teas, and other natural-minded products. We will have some of our stuff in there as well. Come to the grand opening on Monday, August 5th; ribbon cutting is a 10a and they're open til 5p. It's in the ITIO building next to Roots + Blooms. (101 SE Frank Phillips Blvd., Bartlesville, OK)

Anyways, that's it this time. Hope to see you at the Market, or at Early Bird's opening, and will plan to see you here again in August,????

Let me warn you though. It’s not a pleasant thing....Diarrhea. Chronic Diarrhea. Blech. The kind where you don’t always make it …

Welcome back. ???? Here we are again, continuing our discussion on my recent experience with chronic diarrhea. It started last Fall and lasted about 8 months. As discussed in part one, I landed on “histamine intolerance” as the cause of the problem. So…..What is Histamine? Most of us associate histamine with hay fever kinds of symptoms. Runny noses, sneezing and …

It was going to take several days to receive the enzymes, so that was enough time to delve further into the foods that can contribute to histamine overload.
