Happy Hormone Boost Rollie

I originally put Happy Hormone Boost together to help me through the transitions of menopause. You know, hot flashes, night sweats, and mood swings (more like MOOD SWINGS 😬), anxiousness, and wanting to alternately punch people or melt into a puddle of tears (all in the same 20 minutes). It helped tremendously, and got me past the worst of it. It’s made with eo’s of Frankincense, Ylang Ylang, Sweet Orange, Clary Sage, and Bergamot, all diluted with sweet almond oil.

We’ve had ladies come up to us while at the Market, asking if we had anything for menopause because they were experiencing bugaboos right then, and within an hour of applying it they were reporting that it had helped calm their symptoms. We also had a younger woman who was suffering monthly cramps right then and she bought some, went to the bathroom and applied it over her ovaries. She said it quelled the cramping almost immediately. Of course, everyone is different, so results could be different for each one, but if you’re experiencing unhappy hormones, this little bottle might be the pot of gold at the end of the hormonal rainbow that has you up and down, and every color of uncomfortable.

For menopause and peri-menopause, it’s best applied to your adrenals which are located just above your kidneys around the dimples on your back. I’ve found you don’t need a whole lot either. Just one swipe across your finger and applied to the adrenals was sufficient for me. If you don’t notice any improvement for 3 days then bump up to two swipes (once in the morning and once in the evening). However, don’t go crazy on it. Less is always more with essential oils. But do experiment with finding the lowest dose that works for you.

For PMS symptoms, it’s best used at time of need on adrenals or over ovaries. As with anything herbal, it could take up to 2 weeks to notice a tangible change (sometimes longer), so be faithful in using it daily, and don’t give up on it too quickly.

One last thought: it’s best to use it only 3 weeks out of the month and skip it on your period, or if fully menopausal, skip when you would have had a period (your best guess anyways).

Here’s to happier hormones!
